Cristina it wonderful at her job. She helped me choose my frames and made sure I got what I needed, but didn’t push me to buy things I didn’t. Very knowledgeable regarding insurance coverage. I will be back for a second pair.
Great customer service! Dr. Nguyen was very kind and informative, he didn't try to push any extra services, and he followed up any suggestions with an explanation. The front desk was great too. Christine was very helpful and brought up all of the sales and offers they had going on, and she calculated the best offer for whichever frame and lens combo I asked for, with and without insurance. Steven also assisted with any technical issues and chimed in with any discounts that could be applied to my quotes. They're a great team, and I enjoyed my time there.
The whole staff here is amazing! They’re super helpful and really patient (I should know, I’ve been in for hours getting my glasses adjusted). Steven is definitely the king of the store; he’s super knowledge and knows exactly what to do. Noah is also really good at adjustments! Christina (or Christine) is suuuuper awesome with kids! She’s so good with them and has helped convince them to wear their glasses. I definitely like them and will utilize Target optical more!
