(September 22, 2019, 4:48 pm)Both the Morgan Hill and Silver Creek locations are awesome. I've been with this CU for over 6 years. They helped me achieve great credit to get the best interest rates (which are already good) on loans I needed. Since I always paid loans and credit lines off on time and quickly, they had my back and released money I needed via equity and loans in a snap. They feel like my financial family. I don't know why anyone would use a commercial bank with this CU around.

(August 4, 2019, 11:09 pm)Friendly staff that make banking understandable and simple. Their network of co-shared branches and surcharge free atms allow easy and convenient access to funds wherever. For example, I've come across a credit union once while passing through downtown San Jose, remembered it being a co-shared location, and was able to make a deposit without even looking for one. Even when I lived in Washington state around the Vancouver/Battleground area, the boonies in comparison, I was able to use the IQ Credit Unions which were the more common banks in the area in addition to a few others I had access to.
Having looked into the offerings of other credit unions, I see no reason to switch and may stay a member for life — or at least the foreseeable future. -
