    My family is very happy with the excellent service and help Daniel and Anny provided on selling a condo in the Bay Area. We were moving to the other side of the country so we only met them once but we had no problem communicating with Daniel via email - he always promptly responded to our emails whenever we had any questions or concerns. He always explained everything clearly and made it so easy to go through all the paper works using a software so we could read and sign them remotely.

    Daniel and Anny also personally did the final walk-through with the tenant who had been renting (even helped her collecting her mails after she moved out), hired a good inspector whom we could trust, recommended what to fix and what to leave for the buyer after inspection, hired a repairman for us, and oversaw the repair process for us. Daniel informed us how the open house went after each day (had the open house for two days) and suggested when to set the offer deadline (which we followed). He checked on us after escrow was open to see if everything was going well and answered all the questions we had.

    Overall we feel that Daniel and Anny went above and beyond to help us in the whole process and we are more than happy with the outcome. We highly recommend Daniel and Anny!

    I initially contacted Daniel in January of 2013 hoping that we could put our house on the market then. It turned out we weren't ready to move at that time. I didn't hear from Daniel once in that entire year (he respected our request not to be disturbed) until I reached out to him in early March of this year.

    Between that time, we had "interviewed" several agents all from big firms and some called and checked in continuously (a real turnoff) and one was totally arrogant (who when he found out we listed our home with Daniel and not him, sent me a nasty email). In our neighborhood, the houses were selling quickly and over the asking price, so agents were constantly (and this is no exaggeration) leaving their cards and flyers at our door. One of our new neighbors was a real estate agent and as soon as the for sale sign went into the yard, she was asking all types of questions and walked through our home without the courtesy of letting Dan know.

    When we finally were ready to sell our home, Dan showed up on time with his wife, Anny and listened to our requests (which included no open house and a few other things). We shared with Dan and Anny our last experience of selling our home, which was very painful.

    Anny took beautiful photos, which was placed on our home's website in a slideshow and the presentation was of a quality that I didn't see the other top real estate firms producing..

    When Dan placed the listing on the MLS, we received immediate feedback of all the potential buyers, their concerns, etc. In addition, he and Anny kept an eye on the place for us, which included moving our cans back from the curb and other things (since we were living 40 miles away). Dan is not a volume discount broker/agent; he only takes those listings where he can provide the best service and that is what we had from the time we signed the listing agreement.

    Dan answered all the questions that I had and believe me, I had a lot of concerns. Basically, I was a Nervous-Nelly. And Dan was a voice of reason through the entire process.

    I would highly recommend Dan and Anny for their calm and thorough service. Dan negotiated on our behalf with demanding buyers (who continually asked for more through the entire process). We were pleased with the outcome.

    And just on principle, providing real estate agents with a full commission does nothing for your bottom line, only for the agents/brokers profit.

    In conclusion, Dan and Anny are a breath of fresh air, which the real estate industry sorely needs.

    We were truly blown away by the quality and level of service we got. A friend of ours who is a Realtor told us that, with the discount Dan was offering, he would not be able to provide full service and would not cooperate fully with other agents. Boy, was she ever wrong! Dan really went beyond full service and got along well with Realtors at other companies. He was available for us at all times of the day and night, weekdays and weekends. He always answered our questions patiently and thoroughly. It was great to get frequent updates, which made us feel "connected" with the process. All I can say is that I think it's kind of crazy to pay more while getting less, with one of the "big name" companies.
