I will forever be grateful to Ravi for helping me find my first home. He was always kind to me, and had good advice to give me from all his years of experience in this line of work. Business aside, he really strives to build up a good relationship, which you don't find very often in today's fast-paced world. The real-estate market can be scary, especially in the SF Bay Area, but Ravi has the expertise and temperament to keep you comfortable and help you find your dream home.

I have worked with Ravi and his team for several years and trust him with his deep knowledge of the property market, negotiation tactics and ability to change the buying/selling strategy when needed. Ravi knows all about the real estate market and the current economy. He can even get you to see those houses, which are not even on the market yet. Ravi as an real estate agent is always on your side, never pushy or forcing his opinion on you. Always makes you comfortable with whatever you decide but giving relevant and helpful information to make an informed decision. Especially during this COVID situation, Aditi (Ravi's assistant) would do all the due paperwork for the open house appointment, making the whole process smooth. Ravi knows the comparable and will help you in estimating a reasonable offer. Also negotiates the price for you.
Ravi is a master guide that will take you to your desired destination in your house buying journey with smiles and happiness all around. With Ravi being on your side, you can rest assured. I don’t know how he does it, but my best guess is that it is some magic!

Ravi possesses all the elements of an excellent Realtor; he spends time to understand the needs of his clients and the properties that he recommends are bang on.. Ravi takes pride in doing a good job and does not mind going an extra mile to make things happen for his clients. Ravi is professional, trustworthy, personable and easy to work with. With his outstanding negotiating skills and ability to work well with seller agent, he was able to close the deal for us at the price that we were comfortable offering.
