(February 7, 2018, 12:26 pm)We have been here almost about a year. It’s very quite (well out street is anyway) which I Love! Only thing I wish they had a playground for kids but other than that it’s been good I don’t use the pool or the club house so don’t have an opinion on that . As for the comment about water and electricity being shut off it’s because pg&e did some major work that took couple months to finish so at times( I think was only couple times) they had to turn it off and they would let u know about it. So far no complaints about living here.
