AMAZING SERVICE!!! I recently asked a question about cbd and kratom products and got a response quickly. When the owner responded, I immediately went straight to The Vape Cafe. Not only that I vape, I need products to help after going to the gym and playing basketball. So with them having cbd products, it helps out so much.

I just picked up a bottle of the Envy CBD Muscle Recovery Cream that was recommended by Christian and I can’t wait to try it out. He explained the differences of products they carry so it was very easy to filter out what I should take. Thanks Vape Cafe!!!

I've been coming here for years. Very pleased with their service. A few years ago I went to get a new mod and after a few days something went wrong with the mod. I took it back and they didnt have a replacement so they went out of their way and sent one of their guys to go to their supplier the next day to pick up a new mod to replace the mod that malfunctioned. Super happy with that. The only issue I have with them is trying to get someone on the phone lol. I very rarely am able to reach someone on the phone. Good thing I live right down the street from the shop.

Best vape shop in San Jose!! Lots of cool freebies like stickers and cotton. I really enjoyed kicking back here and trying all their samples. Highly reccomend this place to anyone who hasn't been here yet

The staff are very welcoming and the place has a nice laid back environment where you can chill that no other vape spot I've been to has. The building is very spacious with plenty of seating and entertainment. I highly recommend this place.

Super friendly/knowledgeable staff, comfortable atmosphere, great happy hour beer specials. I'm a Boston guy, so them having California teams on their screens didn't mean much to me. But I'm sure California fans would appreciate the seven or so screens more.
