  Would have given 5 stars. Employees were very nice and polite and keeping their area clean (outside anyway, didn't go inside). One if us didn't get the pickles, let alone extra pickle that we asked for on our sandwich. When you make your own pickles, you are definitely pickle people. Must have the pickles...4 stars.

  This specific location was outstanding in terms of customer service. The young cashiers who took my order impressed me with their speaking voice, vocab, and especially their customer service I complimented them because I was from out of town and was quite impressed the food was exactly as ordered and came to us way too quick ,if possible!!😉😁 Value also on scale of 1 to 10 was 100!!

  I have not been inside this place, just been in the drive-thru.
  The service is good, but just like most fast food places, they do get something wrong sometimes.
  But I would prefer to go here because it is closer for me than the other Wendy's and they usually aren't very busy.
  I figure that things will change once more gets built up around them.. Hopefully they can keep up the good work..

  I’ve been to this Wendy’s location a number of times, but never dined in. This is by far the best one in the broader area. I’ve placed custom orders at least a couple of times and there were zero mistakes each time. Food was hot and fresh. This is the one.

  So my last experience 5 months ago at this wendy's was horrible. I was pleasantly surprised when we went there this evening and had excellent customer service and excellent food. This new management and team running it now are amazing!!! So much better & greatly appreciated. 👍😁

  I have never had such a pleasant and helpful experience as I did with Dave Quinn at Peninsula Visa. He listened attentively to my urgent situation and offered fast and easy options to get my passport (and new China visa) back in my hands in less than 5 days, in time for my Jamaican vacation. I was really nervous and stressed about my options until I got to work with Dave, who made me feel calm and confident in the process, and now I'm a customer for life. Thank you, Dave -- keep up the excellent work!

  Friendly staff, painless process for getting Visa. Was able to track the process online and process was completed on the promised timeline.
