More than a gym. ????????
Running into Coach Ed was just what I needed to find my workout fit again! I've trained under him many years ago in Santa Clara and loved it then. I've moved out of the area, and tried many regular gyms, many workout programs, and the whole working out at home thing just doesn't work for me! Today was my first day and honestly This is exactly what I needed! Thank you Coach Ed for the Warm Welcome back! Big thank you to Boogie for your assistance getting me situated & ready for my first class. The whole environment of this place is amazing, as are all of the other students! Not once did I feel out of place, or intimidated since It's been over 10 yrs for me. Can't wait until my next class!!
