  I am very satisfied with the service and product they provided. I had a baby and would like to choose the safe floor that has the low formaldehyde level. Mike guided my through the available products and explained the certificate in details. They also helped me to work with the manufacturer to return the unused 7 boxes of flooring beyond their return policy. The flooring is beautiful and affordable and the guys are helpful and honest. I will refer my friends to their business.

  Stopped in at the start of Thanksgiving week after the retailer I was working with stopping carrying a certain floor manufacturer. I saw they carried the manufacturer I was looking for. George came over to help me out. I explained what I needed. While we couldn't find the exact sample (a customer had borrowed it), I knew what I needed. While the sticker price was a little bit higher than other places and I let him know as much, George went in the back a few minutes and came back with a quote for some SPC flooring, that was much more reasonable than I had expected. I was quite impressed. This wasn't the first or last stop I had planned this day but I'll say right now after I finished my other stops, I rushed back, we finalized teh quote and additional materials (stairnoses, base boards) with no haggling the prices he showed me were extremely competitive.
  
  Paid. Then left town the next day for the holiday. I received a personal email (I requested email, no phonecalls) that my supplies were in. Nice. I let them know I would still be gone a few more days and arrange for my installer to pick up. Well when I got back in town, I had to find a new installer which would further delay my pick up at least a week, this was done, no trying to extract fees for the longer holding off materials. Then my new installer pointed out I needed a few more other materials. I rushed back to Floor Depot and Mikey helped me out, put in the order and the pieces came in 2 days later, before installation start. When time for installation finally came around, Mikey forklifted my order out to the extended van the install crew had, and since the flooring pallet wouldn't quite fit he actually helped hand load the boxes with the installers (Whoa dude, this really impressed me and showed me the kind of great honest people I was working with). And then we realized my 16 ft base boards also wouldn't fit. My installer would have to come back with a box truck, not a problem said Mikey. 2 days later near the end of the day I call because as we were doing the foyer stairs we saw one of the stairnoses was damaged in 4 places where it appeared to be too tightly banded in shipping. Mikey ordered me another ( had to return the damaged piece) and it was exchanged by my installer 2 days later when it arrived.
  
  This was a very stressful project for me with lots of speed bumps, yet George and Mikey made this so much more manageable without additional costs or stress because of the mishaps and delays I hit. They will get my business for my next project and this is where I will send my friends and colleagues looking for flooring first. Tell them Thunder sent you :-)
