Please read Chapter 2:
I feel compelled to leave a review even though we are early in the process of receiving and installing our new kitchen cabinets, and as such, i will be updating this review once the install is complete. From first contact with Elve, my sales associate i have received professional, courteous and prompt service. She is always available by e-mail or phone to answer questions and address my concerns. I feel as though this level of service is Company Wide and that everyone at KiLAND design works together to make sure the customers are completely satisfied. They really do offer an incredible selection at very fair prices. I will certainly be updating this review in the near future , but feel confident that the experience will continue to be to my satisfaction.

Chapter 2:
The New kitchen cabinets are installed and look Amazing.
Being a hopeless perfectionist i was concerned that somewhere in this process there would be a weak link, however, my concerns were nothing to worry about. That's not to say that Remodeling an entire Kitchen is easy by any account. However with KiLand and there entire team i believe your project with be as painless as possible , while being supported in all phases of your project.

Wendy did an excellent job helping me select engineered hardwood flooring and in designing my kitchen. I am quite picky and Wendy was patient with me as I went through various flooring options. When I finally decided on using the Lunaire engineered hardwood by Celeste floors, Wendy made sure the flooring was delivered on time and held the flooring in their warehouse until the contractors were ready to install it.

As for kitchen design, Wendy gave 3 to 4 different configurations to choose from and often worked late to incorporate feedback from me. The cabinets were delivered on time as she promised and looked beautiful. The great part about working with Wendy is that she is very supportive even after delivery. During cabinet install, my contractor needed additional cabinet pieces and she worked quickly to make sure it was ordered and delivered in time to get my kitchen finished. I highly recommend Kiland Design because of quality of service I received from Wendy.

Went to the showroom to install new cabinets. Wendy was super helpful from the moment we got in and was flexible with different design options.
Provided multiple designs and revisions in short time and installations were done within the aggressive timeframe that we were asking.

Installation process and the employees were the best you could ask for as well. Zero trouble and excellent service. Will definitely recommend

Ariyan Dada is a very professional and efficient sales advisor. He helped us find the double entry door we’v been desperately looking for in many other places and online with no success. He was very patient helping us choose the door accessories too. We got delivered the door at the expected time with no delay. Meanwhile, he was following up by email and phone to assure a smooth transaction. His responsiveness is beyond belief, he replies INSTANTLY. Ariyan also helped us decide on the color of the hardwood floor we were looking for and offered all advice possible.
He is very pleasant and great to work with! We are going back for our kitchen cabinets very soon. Best customer service ever! Five stars!
