Kids Classes- The instructors here make demanding classes truly FUN for the children. If you want your kids to get the life-skills promised by most schools with real quality self-defense training, this is your spot. Individual attention and quality training make this school a great choice.

Teen & Adult Classes: Very small classes for individual attention and a full spectrum of martial arts training that is neither overwhelming nor boring. Rooted in traditional Tae Kwon Do and Karate, adult students are also exposed to many other skill-sets including boxing, jujitsu, sport karate and other practical self-defense.
