  Antonio S. was great. He was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He helped my 2 kids get set up with new phones and made the process very smooth. I appreciate his help and he deserves 5 stars.

  Sandy. Wonderful customer service. She spent time trying to troubleshoot what was going on with my ZTE MAX PRO cellphone I bought a year and a half ago from MetroPCS. Phone crashing. Battery depleting to fast. Suggestions for phone repair. Out of warranty options, SD Card Tray replacement, Google ads interference. Excellent help and attention to customer needs and questions.   The staffs there are wonderful people even when customers like myself is not the best at time. They have such big hearts and lots of patience for lots of people even in their very bad days. I have come to this location for at least 5 years and they have always been a great help even when I lost my cool. It will s a very good place that is why so many of us comes here. Thank you all for your patience and caring for all of us customers.
