I had a great experience looking at cars here. I already knew what I was looking for in mind, and Sam R. was super respectful in showing me the cars and answering my questions. He even allowed me to take a test drive myself (after signing some short term lending paperwork, and with him driving ahead) because I wanted to be extra cautious during Covid and not be sitting in the same car. I didn't feel any pressure to buy to keep looking or keep the conversation going once I was done. I didn't end up buying a car yet, and left feeling really good that I was able to make that decision without pressure. I highly recommend Sam and Capital Honda, and will be going back there if I decide to move forward with a Honda car.
Bought a Honda at Capital Auto Mall. Robbie was the Sales person that helped us. It was a nice and pleasant experience! He was not pushy at all! Was friendly and down to earth yet informative. Ross was also helpful in showing us the car and was very patient in answering any questions that we asked him. I didn’t expect much customers during this COVID times but still there were few when we purchased car and they both were handling multiple customers pretty well at the same time. This shows that Robbie, Ross and other Capitol Honda Staff are very friendly and supportive and of course they are giving the best deal! Overall, this was an excellent experience for the first time buying a car.

The level of service was always just good in the past but now it is really exemplary.
I came in without an appointment because I had a flat tire. My service rep Valery was very friendly and helpful to explain the process. She was able to get the necessary authorization to replace the tire and get the work done quickly.
Finally, my service contract covered the complete cost so what started out as a terrible situation was quickly and completed resolved. For that, I am extremely grateful.
