  Michael Ngo helped me get a car recently and was really helpful in the process and walking me through with everything. He seemed genuine and sincere about me a good offer on the car. He didn't push anything I didn't feel comfortable with and I felt like I could relate to him as he held great conversation while waiting on paperwork. I highly recommend anyone going to this Kia dealer to speak with Michael for a great experience.

  I have recently bought a vehicle from capital Kia. Needless to say I loved my experience there my wife and myself went in with little hope on finding a good deal, but with the help of quindell "Q" for short we were able to purchase not only the car I've wanted for so long but at a great price. The team here wants nothing more then to sell their cars for great prices to amazing people. So if your a Kia lover and want a great experience with staff who really want to help you I suggest you go here and ask for "Q" or Quindell.

  Our car got totaled and we needed to find a vehicle fast. We looked online and Capitol Kia had affordable prices on used SUVs. Most of their prices are below the Kelly Blue Book. I called their main line, spoke to their salesman Will who told me the vehicle is still available and he would be ready with the keys for me. I got there in an hour. Will and the staff at Capitol Kia provided excellent customer service and got us out in a timely manner. I talked to a technician there that stopped by to visit on his day off!! It felt like family and they treated me like family. Now I understand why they have a lot of positive reviews. Highly recommend this dealership in the Bay Area. It's worth the drive.

  Johnathan and all the people in the Service department are always friendly and professional.
  Ivan was a great Salesman. He had lots of valuable information and was very interested in making sure we were 100% sure about our purchase.
  We always have the best experience at this location and I always recommend them to my friends and family.
