Employees were very courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Limited seating due to social distancing means lining up outside... no shade!

May be less crowded later in the morning or afternoon.

I did not have an appointment, walked in, the officer at the entry is very nice and helpful guided me to register my self at the entry on the computer. My registry number was called before I even finished filling out my form.
A very profesional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful young gentlemen assisted me with my request. I needed to change my status and my name.
I visited this office on a Friday aprox 10:45 amThe whole process took les than 10 min. There is plenty of parking space is a small building the service is Excellent and Speedy. 😃 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had to correct the name on my SSN. Got through easily for an appointment ( called early in the morning and got through a friendly rep who said appointments aren’t available till March 2nd week but since it was urgent she gave me a date for 02/22/22 and said they will just accept the documents for change but won’t be able to give me a receipt for it). It worked for me as I wanted the changes done.
The person at the security and the officer who helped were polite and friendly.
I got the updated SSN within a week. Covid compliance followed. Ample parking available and convenient location.

The wait is not long, the staff is very helpful, and works quickly. Good parking, easy access. This is one of the best Social Security offices that I've been to.
