Dr. Lam is a miracle worker! After one visit my back and feet feel so much better. Everything I came in for was addressed, he educated me very well on how to take care of my ongoing heel pain, and he genuinely cares about his patients. I’ve been coming here for years and every time I go he treats me with the same tentative care. His rates are very affordable and worth every penny! They do accept with or without health insurance btw!

So today I randomly called to see if I can just walk in.
The receptionist was very nice and let me know I can come in after 4pm. Great! Idk any other doctors office that accepts walk ins other than urgent care. 🤷‍♀️

Experience:
As soon as I walk in, Dr. Lam greets me right away with no wait time! He starts by asking about where I have pain and you can tell he genuinely CARES!
First we did muscle and heat therapy which felt amazing. He explained in detail why my feet hurt. Gave me the best advice I’ve heard of which shoes to buy, insol recommendations AND he plays tennis so he was kind enough to give me two of his tennis balls to roll on for my feet.
Then he adjusted my shoulders/upper back and neck. The session ends in a really good massage chair which is not like your typical massage chair. You can tell it’s good quality, it massages you head to toe.
His kindness & work ethic are unmatched. Every time I come here he takes great care of me and fixes the problem I came in for.

Back story:
I had a lot of tension in my shoulders and I injured my left heel. I have been going to a different place for physical therapy for “plantar fasciitis” for TWO MONTHS. Very little progress. I felt so hopeless and wasn’t able to dance for weeks but then I went to see Dr. Lam! I’m so grateful and will definitely be back next week. :)

He’s so kind. Went above and beyond. He educated me very thoroughly, more than my primary doctor has and even recommended insoles!

This place deserves more than 5 stars. I rarely write review but this earns all credit from me. I had Kaiser back then and Kaiser was a bit complex for me to make a visit to their office. I need someone to fix my injury immediately. I called and was seen with in hour. When I walked, I expected them to charge and talk about payment right away in which was not the case. He actually said "Let's not worry about that. Let me see your problem". Was seen and headed to front desk. I am ready to pay more than $500 for next couple visits too but was not the case. If i remember correctly he only charges me $30-$40. I thought he made a mistake but no. Beside from that, this doctor is super caring, very charm and very very well in describing your problem in which I rarely see. At last, my painful shoulder 's problem went away after a couple of visit. I don't want to say much but one last thing, I would recommend this doctor to anyone, yes, to anyone.

Went here for the first time today and felt at home. The Dr. takes his time to explain each step, and allows you to communicate how you're feeling without interruption. He's very understanding and affordable as well! ($55 for my first checkup, paid out of pocket without insurance).
