(January 10, 2020, 8:39 pm)I enjoy watching coach Jay instructs his youth athlete classes. His classes are very logic, very well planned, and organized. There are repeated exercises but also new and different exercises through out the week. My daughter has beautiful double jump ropes and she can do triple jump ropes, thanks to coach Jay. He drives his students sweat every session. He's so dedicated! Coach Jah is also a good coach.

They have everything my daughter needs: knowledge, patience, and encouragements to push her through her limits.

(December 29, 2019, 7:50 pm)I bring my son here for training. Coach Jay is awesome and I feel my son has gotten stronger and faster training with him. If you even have an injury and coach Jay is great at adapting a workout for anyone. So they can continue to train.

Their team has helped me transition from not workout at all to working out at least 5-days a week and I look forward to each workout. The trainers are very competent and caring and has created a fun family-friendly environment that I enjoy. I’ve gone from a size 12 to size 4 in six months with their guidance of great workout regiments coupled with a great healthy eating guide. They have help me make the life style change I’ve been wanting for so long. Thank you to all the trainers at Bennett Fit, you guys are truly amazing!!!!
