I was nervous a d had been putting the procedure of getting my wisdom teeth out for years, but Dr Reid was amazing. He discussed my options, we settled on one and he got me in the next day for the procedure! I was so scared of the pain and recovery but it was all just fine and I was eating regular meals a few short days later. I’m still surprised at how easy this experience was.

Dr. Reid and Kate well-explained the surgery and recovery procedures for wisdom teeth extraction. Youtube video and print out for recovery helped a lot.

This was a 10 out of 5 stars experience! I didn’t like the first place my dentist referred me to because they didn’t provide me with enough details for the consult. After that, I had a consult at different place that I self referred myself to, but they didn’t bother to schedule a follow-up surgery. Beech & Reid was the next referral that my dentist made and honestly, it should been the first and only referral to take care of my wisdom teeth extraction. To my surprise, the receptionists were always able to provide me with a lot of details. This includes even what possible D-codes that might be utilized for billing. This greatly helped so I can check my benefits to see if it will be covered.

The day of operation was outstanding even in this Covid times. Appointment check-in was on time, the surgery preparations were effortlessly, and next thing I know, I was out of the surgery. Everything was explained with the smallest details and the staff called me by my preferred name, which I GREATLY appreciate. Another aspect that I really liked was Dr. Beech advised and asked if the consult shows only 2 wisdom teeth needs to be taken out instead of 3, would that be okay? Turns out for certain reasons, it made sense for me to take 3 out anyways. Nevertheless, I liked the options for non surgical intervention if it’s not necessary. Thank you everyone for a great experience and I hope others will have the same experience like mine.

I came in to get my wisdom teeth removed. Everything was quick, easy, and efficient. We had our consultation the same day of the surgery, and couldn't have asked for a better experience.
