So happy with Jason and Direct Factory for selling us a reclining sofa and chair. We bought the leather set on Saturday and they delivered and setup on Tuesday. They also pick up the old set and take it to Fremont recycling for only $120.
In this day and age where customer service is hard to find, I want to say how happy we are to have found this business😀

Had a wonderful experience here today! Mike was thoughtful and helpful, great selection of couches (which we were looking for) as well as beds and dining sets (which we weren't, although now I wish we were). Great prices, discounts available, would 100% recommend.
