  I originally booked 1 night for my wife the kids and Ito escape the inner city hustle and bustle. That one day wads transformed by a night with your excellent Manager by the name of Johnathan. not only was he well versed in the hotel experience but he also knew info of the area to maximize our stay. Because of him I extended my stay by booking another day. He is a very hardworking individual and very well mannered. I hope he is here more years to come I will make sure to come here more often is his banter and wit are impeccable.

  We stayed for 1 week. This is a great hotel with good staff. Property is beautiful, well maintained and clean. Breakfast does need a meat option, like sausage or bacon. And yes the hotel does have a slight weed order upon entry. Guests go and smoke in their car and they come back with a trail of odor. It's not serious. Hotels can't control the odors of people that smoke off of the property. Weed isn't serious.

  Hotel room was nice and clean. The shower had tons of pressure.. like you were being power washed lol. Breakfast wasn't much to talk about, and the pool opens sort of late (2pm). Hotel was nice. We would stay here again.

  Manager Dahlia and Supervisor Jonathan are absolutely amazing and accommodating. I’ve been staying there several days each week for the last 4 months because I work nearby. The hotel is extremely clean, great breakfast, perfect fitness room, and overall comfortable stay. Jonathan’s friendly and humorous personality has me looking forward to coming back!

  Been in the complex for a week and it's been great. The apartment itself has been renovated and everything was super clean when I moved in. The manager Susan has been super helpful throughout the whole move-in process.
  The area is also very nice. It's close to Trader Joe's, Target etc. and also has easy access to the 85. Overall a great place to live.

  I moved here site unseen from San Diego and I absolutely love it! The property Manager Susan is wonderful and very helpful. She has made my experience here great! The location of Blue Hills Studios is exceptional, right off of the 85 freeway, close to a beautiful park, library and fire station. The parking is plentiful and spacious and the community is very peaceful and serine. My favorite part about these studios is the closet! For a 400 sq ft apartment, the closet is HUGE! The cons: it takes a long time for the water to get hot, and while showering, the temp fluctuates a lot, but the cost of water, trash and sewage is included in the rent, so there are no additional fees.
