Susie was key in helping me refresh, market and sell my mother's Willow Glen home last July. She has a whole list of people who helped bring the 1953 home into modern times. Good advice was given on what we needed to spend money on and where we could save. Also a mediator, Susie listens well and has excellent communication skills. Her experience and knowledge of the Willow Glen area and the current RE market was invaluable. Though the market had started to slow, strategic pricing helped bring us multiple offers!
