  My phone battery overheated and delaminated the cover seal. My service provider recommended Jim for a repair for the next day. I couldn't wait to have it shipped back and forth for the repair, even with a loaner phone. I needed it, not only for my business, but for access to my wife in a nursing facility.
  Jim repaired my phone a half hour earlier than expected, at a fair price, and was very helpful in every way. He saved the day. Thanks Jim.

  My phone just stopped working after I checked e-mails and turned it off to preserve my battery. I googled cell phone repair near me and Cellular Repair Center appeared with 5 5-star reviews. So I called, talked to Jim and went to get my phone repaired. Long story short, I needed a new battery management chip. The repair was made by the next day and I feel like I have a new phone! Jim is very personable and an excellent technician. Thank you, Jim!

  Owner provided quick and reliable service. My phone was repaired in only 2 days. I had called several repair places and most of them wanted me to wait for over a week for repair to be done because the delivery of the part takes 5 days. Great service, I will come back if I ever have issues with my phone!

  My daughter's iPhone ended up in the washing machine over the weekend!! I thought it was the end of it. It was unresponsive. I quickly search online and most say leave it alone overnight so it can dry out. Did that but still no response. I knew I either get professional help or let it go since this is beyond my knowledge. I found Jim @Cellular Repair Center and called. He was very professional, explains the diagnostic fee and if they fix it I just pay the balance. If not, I just lose the $45 deposit. It was a fair deal considering I paid $800 for this phone. The shop was easy to find. Drop the phone off at 10am, Jim recorded the events that led to this accident, told me he would give me an update later. He called around 3pm, identified the issue, and said he needed to replace 2 parts that shorted out. Since the cost was on top of the initial estimate, Jim told me he would waive the diagnostic fee. That's the care and commitment he makes for his customer. I was completely amaze that he did this. He later said he would call before shop closes to let me know when it's done. He called before 6pm. Overall, if you're looking for a professional who says what he's going to do, call you at the time specified, and resolve the issue fast, Jim is the guy to go to. I would not hesitate to come back! Honesty comes with loyalty! Thank you Jim!!
