I was hesitant to go here after seeing the 1-star reviews, but it turned out just fine. The staff were pleasant. The only issue I had was that my rental car was parked in a small garage packed with other cars, which made it a bit stressful to drive out with an unfamiliar car.
I have been in a rental for 6 weeks due to my car having a recall that should’ve only taken 2 weeks. It has been a headache dealing with KIA. The Manager here at budget has been so helpful and has gone above and beyond to help me , as I keep having to extend the rental. Very friendly !!
