I wear Invisalign and one of my brackets fell off. I was in a panic because I am from San Diego, but I am working up here for six-weeks. I was told by my orthodontist I would have to either fly back to SD or ask if a local orthodontist would fix it. After many phone calls, and many "no, we can't fix it," phone calls, I was so happy to hear Dr. Lotfi would take me! Him and his staff were very warm, welcoming and professional.
