  Josh was very professional. He came in and got to work right away, the whole experience was hassle free; he saved me from getting the security deposit at my apartment taken away. I had a burn hole in my carpet that had gone through several layers and he was able to fix it easily. Overall a great experience, I would highly recommend Josh and his services.

  Just had Josh come by to fix up our pet damaged carpet. After about 40 mins the carpet looked like nothing had ever happened to it! The carpet looks great and I couldn't be happier. He was picking up bits and pieces making sure not to leave a mess. Josh was professional. Not only that, he's a nice, friendly guy and he was willing to park a little ways away so that my landlord didn't see his truck. Best of all, the price is very reasonable. A++

  The skinny: Josh was on time, friendly and professional.
  
  Above all, he did a phenomenal job -- I cannot believe how amazing our carpet looks!
  
  The details: We bought our second floor carpet at (and had installed by) Loews six years ago. While the quality is decent, I don't believe the installation was stellar. With every carpet cleaning, more and bigger bubbles in the carpeting would develop. We also had a big beach stain dropped in the carpet shortly after we had installed.
  
  Over a few hours, Josh was able to stretch and tighten all of the carpet -- he ended up taking four inches out of our master bedroom -- and was able to utilize that extra perfectly to repair the bleach stain. It looks -- and feels -- brand new. You can't see a seam anywhere. It's truly an incredible job. Done with serious professionalism and heart.

  We have used the Carpet Repair Guys for the past 10 years. They have done an amazing job at our rental properties and homes we have for sale. They are able to patch damaged areas so they look like they were never there! Why spend money replacing a house full of carpet when you can just repair a few spots? Very professional and they guarantee their work.
