  The employee's were caring, Professional and courtious. I've actually made a couple of new friends. Mom's urn came with a fixture I can keep as a keepsake which really warmed my heart. With the Covid 19 interfering with planned memorial, Lima Family was more than happy to refund as requested. I'm so appreciative to have met such gracious people. I'll refer Lima, Santa Clara to my friends and family.

  Lima mortuary was fantastic on every level, for the passing of my mother on March 23, 2020 Mahmood was my counselor and was outstanding in every aspect. Communication and support were excellent... during the time of Shelter in place orders, Lima had made every possible effort to support us.

  I would recommend them to anyone. They went above and beyond to help me and my family out. I'm located in Missouri, when my father passed in California they guided me through most of the process before I even arrived. They took great care of making sure I had everything taken care of before I came home. Exceptional service and caring staff make all the difference in the world when dealing with the death of a family member. I'll be forever grateful.

  Paul and the Lima staff were all most helpful at this extremely difficult time of planning my husband's memorial services. The Chapel and flower arrangements ordered were beautiful and the memorial DVD they created from pictures provided will be a special keepsake. Between the visitation vigil, the memorial mass, the burial and returning flowers to the reception, all details came together to make for a wonderful celebration of life transitioning to heaven.

  I had some issues with another funeral home and getting my step-father's burial paperwork taken care of so he could be interred. These folks were so kind, helpful, fair, and went the extra mile. Especially arranger Paul was unbelievably kind. It would have been easy to take advantage of me because I was desperate! Yet, totally aboveboard and beyond reasonable. No fake sympathy and kindness here - this place is the real deal.
