  Ziwen is our agent when we were searching for our new home, we found him on Wechat media where he has his own media channels and makes market analysis posts regularly.
  Back then we decided to look for new constructed properties, which usually less time consuming on agent side for this process. By knowing that, Ziwen still spent time with us to do market research and tour for both pre-owned homes and new constructions to elaborate the pros and cons for each, so we can actually see the difference and make comparison in between.
  Beside this, Ziwen is always on top of his phone and able to get back to us promptly if any questions. Definitely a good agent!

  No doubt on Ziwen's property research ability and home buying offer strategy, he is so good at problem
  solving!
  Not all transactions are issue-free, especially when you have to deal with many different parties during
  transaction, my case is one of them. I had some issue with escrow company during transaction which
  escrow made some mistake, and home warranty claim after case closing, Ziwen was able to track
  everyone down in each thread to get all issues fixed in time, and make perfect closures by maximum
  myself as buyer's benefit.
  I highly recommend Ziwen if you are looking for an experienced real estate agent in Bay Area, who truly
  care about his friends and clients' benefit.

  We know Ziwen in person as a reliable friend before we choose him as our buyer agent. This is not our
  1st time home purchase, and we know the home buying process pretty well, but still, Ziwen was able to
  enlighten us during the entire buying process with straight forward opinions on the options. He is always
  easy to communicate with and able to reply to our messages promptly.
  More importantly, he is a good audient who is willing to listen to our ideas and spend time with us to
  research the market and find better candidates. He won't randomly encourage us to bid high price just
  to win, instead, we had opportunities to give multiple attempts to approach the actual market price for
  different candidate properties.
  We definitely recommend Ziwen to you for a smooth, and pressure-free home buying experience.

  I worked with Ziwen on the 1st home I would like to buy. The market is hot most of time in San Francisco Bay Areas I live in, and most of the listing homes got multiples offers, including the one I wanted to bid on. Even our offer was not the highest price, our package still stood on the top of the list with Ziwen’s offer strategy and terms, and finally we won the bid.
  I gain lots of knowledge through the entire process as well. Ziwen is professional and always patient, enjoy working with him!

  We love Alex (i.e. Ziwen, we call him Alex usually) and highly recommend him as a buyer's agent.
  We were planning to purchase our 2nd home in bay area, we already owned a townhome, and decided to purchase a single-family home since we wanted not only a new environment, but also a big yard for our dog.
  After interviewing several agents, we felt strongly that Alex is the perfect agent to handle the case. Top reasons why we liked him are:
  1. Always respond promptly, and able to get the job done.
  During the time we worked with him, like home touring, offering, on contractor or even after closing, he always gets back to our inquiries within a few mins, and addresses our questions or issues quickly. Meanwhile he is very reliable, patient and willing to listen to our requirements, and take actions based on it.
  2. Humble, honest and very knowledgeable.
  Most agents talk a big game, but actually they want you to offer high price to win so they can move on to next one quickly.
  Instead, Alex is willing to spend lots of time with us. Beside touring with us for many weeks, Alex also presented us the actual data and analysis to let us understand which areas are good to invest, and what areas are over pricing. We were impressed that he even writes his own program to analyze the market data and explained down to detailed neighborhoods level. He also teaches us to set our baseline, which is the highest price cap, when offering, so we won’t get emotional and pay extra.
  3. Post-sale.
  Even after case closed, he frequently reaches us our as our best friend, and try to help out anything related to our home.
  In summary, we are very happy with our experience with Alex for our home buying. Again, we highly recommend him as your agent.
