I am an artist aiming to be one of the most important glass artists in the world. To date I have achieved solo exhibitions in museums, art centers and galleries across the U.S., won numerous awards, been written about in a variety of art publications, been invited to teach in three countries, my art is in several prominent collections including the Oakland Museum of California, the Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, Mayor of Okayama, Japan, Lord Mayor of Dublin, Ireland, the Weyerhauser collection, etc. I studied and later returned to teach at Pilchuck Glass School, founded by artist Dale Chihuly. I served on the boards of the Glass Alliance of Northern California and the Bay Area Glass Institute.

Integral to my accomplishments has been my learning with The Aji Network. They offer a plan or guide – The Aji Source Fundamental Strategy – that can be used in any business or career. I have used The ASFS to design all aspects of my career surrounding the art making - business plans, project plans, defining objectives, writings, networking, presentations, etc.

I began this career in 2001, leaving my prior career in corporate organizational development and training. In these fourteen years, starting with zero art education, I have accomplished more than most artists accomplish in their entire careers. I credit The Aji Network, and their practical education in how to think and act competitively in the business world, for accelerating my career achievements.

I have been working with The Aji Network for over (13) years. During that time, I have accepted many different types of offers from The Aji Network team including the 2-year Business Professional's Course (BPC), the Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Power (LEIP) program, the Mission-Focused Offers and many other pragmatic educational offers (Ambition Magazine, Local Workshops, Sales Training DVDs, etc.). In every case, the quality and value of the work done by Toby Hecht and his team (led by Greg Scharnagl) exceeded my expectations and contributed significantly more to me than the costs of my tuitions. I trust their commitment to consistently help me produce high returns on my investments with them.

During my time studying with The Aji Network, the results that I have produced for my employer were compensated by an increase in my income of 282%. This is during an economic era when the best performers within my peer group had their incomes increase only 20%-30%. Over the same period, I significantly increased my ability to hold new and larger roles. I moved from an individual contributor role to the Director level within a $2.5B division of a major fortune 50 company during this time. The networks that I have produced (and continue to produce) have also opened up new future possibilities for me that would not have existed without the help I received from The Aji Network. Over the last (3) years, with the help of this network and my business partners, we formed three new businesses that will total over $6M in revenue and $400K in operating income in 2015.

I enjoy the work that I do, but am clear that the primary purpose of my work is to produce a good life for my family and those close to me. My commitment to produce a good life for my family requires that I continue to increase my capacity to produce superior, uncommonly valuable results in business. The Aji Network and the offers that they are making in the marketplace are the single best source of uncommon thinking that I have found. I would personally recommend this source of knowledge to any serious business professional who has not yet fulfilled his/her ambitions.

As a professional working to build a technology advisory business in the competitive financial services work in NYC, there is a lot of help I need to be successful. And it has to be the most effective help for me. But I have often asked myself, how do I know what the most effective help is?

7 years ago I engaged The Aji Network with the intent of accumulating knowledge and networks I could use to fulfill my objectives of owning my own business. What I realized during this time is that learning and building networks are life long objectives. And what really matters is learning competitively and building uncommon networks. I now have really good help when I need it, which is far more effective than many of the networks I commonly see around me. I am making scarce and valuable offers to people that result in producing more powerful networks for my business, which has become a core part of my philosophy. I could not have done this without the help of The Aji Network. And, although I have a long way to go, I am excited about what this means for my future!

I associated with The Aji Network in 2004 when I joined their Business Professional’s Course (BPC) on one of my colleague’s recommendation. In hindsight, that was the best decision I took to increase my ability to take care of my career. I have continued in their LEIP (Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Power) program. Before I joined BPC, I was working as a Senior Manager in a Fortune 150 company and within 1.5 years, I became a Director in a Fortune 50 company with significantly more responsibilities. Within first 3 years of my association with The Aji Network my annual income grew 210% and my net worth 330%. While the industry has been going through downturn and reduction in work force since 2008 recession, I have further grown in my career and now hold a role of Vice President in a Global Fortune 100 company.

The knowledge I acquired as a student of The Aji Network has been the most significant contributor to this success. I learned a new discourse of being a Business Professional and that helped me improve my ability to think and act with superior effectiveness in various roles I hold, such as Vice President of International Networks, Head of my family, and a major contributor and leader in my local community. In my 17 years of professional career I have taken several training courses that promised to improve my skills for career advancement but none of them gave me any significant competitive advantage in the marketplace. The BPC and the LEIP (Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Power) program from The Aji Network not only helped me produce superior thinking and action to perform at the highest level in my current role but also helped me develop more powerful long term career ambition and strategy.

I highly recommend anyone who is ambitious to learn uncommon knowledge and gain competitive advantage in their career and produce & fulfill their ambition to live a good life by earning top 1% annual incomes and roles, to work with The Aji Network.

As a result of our work with The Aji Network’s Executive’s Mission-Focused Course, my partners and I are more clear about the strategies and tactics we must design and execute to produce the top 1% incomes we require to fulfill our ambitions… and what we learned from each paper and video in the course helped us get on track to fulfill them.

Most importantly, we were able to use what we learned immediately to design the new offers, innovations and leadership practices we needed to increase the revenues of our business.

The top 1% strategic knowledge that we learned helped us close our largest deal to date, the purchase of a $7 million building in Manhattan. This deal alone was a more than satisfactory return on our investment in The Aji Network’s Mission-Focused Course.
