(November 14, 2022, 12:05 am)Key works fine, only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because you charge a $1.99 upgrade fee to simply run the key thru a rotary wire brush and remove the burrs the engraving left. Brushing the keys is not an extra step to grinding keys, it is an essential step not only for use but for safety as the burred edge could cut someone.

(October 24, 2018, 6:47 pm)Quick and convenient. $8 for one brass key copy. The copied key works on the lock it was copied for, but it requires some "jimmying." Upon close inspection, the copied key has a slightly poorer defined edge compared to the original. As this is an emergency key copy that I don't plan to use very often, it's not a big issue.
