    We came to stay here recently and have a really and having really a bad experience with the maintenance people. They are not responsive and when then do arrive they tend to negotiate for not-replacing things that are not working. Not a pleasant experience!

    We recently moved in and the whole process right from setting up the in-person visit to moving-in was smooth and as great as it could be.
    A huge shoutout to Louis - one of the best leasing agents I have come across so far!! He was very accommodating of all our requests and our endless questions! He’s very pleasant to talk to and is always welcoming. Louis definitely gave us more faith in the management of the community.
    As for the apartment, we love it so far. For us, noise isn’t so much of an issue- at least not enough to disturb our routine. The community also feels very safe.

    Pari, Miguel and Luis have been phenomenal during our residence here at Villa Del Sol. We've lived here for 3 years and are so thrilled to have found such a great place to call home with amazing and friendly management staff. They've always been extremely quick with communication and will go above and beyond to help in any way.

    There's been a ton of new updates to the complex such as the courtyard communal furniture, lounger chairs and cabanas by the pool, beautiful landscaping and gym equipment.

    This place is a gem for everyone, both families and working individuals, some perks to living in this location is that you're walking distance to the cal train (which you can't hear by the way), 2 blocks away from Murphy's avenue (where they host the Farmers Market every Saturday), plenty of options for dining and now a Whole foods plus AMC movie theater

    Was searching for a new apartment and bumped up on this property. Due to the COVID situation, I avoided in-person visits. Called up the leasing office toured the website photos, virtual tours, and property reviews from all forums.

    I was confident of signing a lease without actually seeing the apartment because of these two amazing folks Louis & Pari, who go above and beyond when it comes to assisting customers. They managed to answer all my initial queries, prepare my apartment in 4 days for move-in. I hope the property management company is taking care of them. Louis & Pari, thank you for all the support.

    Anyhow, for those who remain concerned with noise - I spent a few days post moving to see if it made any difference; I could barely hear the sound. These are my findings.

    25-30dB - Normal day (note this is very quiet in my view)
    43-48dB - Train pass by (barely noticeable)
    50-55dB - Train passes by and honking.

    Please note my unit is not facing the trackside. The readings vary depending on the unit direction and door/window state. In short, it does not worry me, though audible.

    I haven't been around the property to comment on other facilities; my interaction has been very minimal; I put in a maintenance request and attended on the same day, which is good.

    After living here for about one and half year, I need to move out for a personal reason. However, I do want to say that Pari, Louis and the maintenance crew have been very friendly and nice to work with throughout the entire lease. They have quickly responded to maintenance requests and been considerate when moving out. It's been a smooth ride.
