The construction is a bit dated, just like all the other surrounding apartments in that area, but they make a very nice home. I lived there for two years, and had great experiences with the manager who was very kind, and always went above and beyond to help me with any requests or issues. She is also very responsive to email. The person who did all the maintenance was one of the nicest and most polite people I have ever met. He would always go out of his way to say hello and good morning, and help out with anything that needed to be fixed. They will take good care of you.
