(September 5, 2022, 10:53 pm)This is my reply to Anchor Auto's post service inquiry; It's so nice of you to take time to double check your shop's service quality. My answer is it is 100% satisfactory, and even above and beyond being 100% satisfactory. I went to four body shops to get estimate of repairing a scratch on front bumper. Only your staff, Dany, offered me the option of spot paint. Not only the cost is 1/5 of the highest estimate but also it is green. Why to use a lot of chemical unnecessarily? I applaud Anchor Auto's service and rank it 5.
