I filed a ticket for dangerous pot hole in South Sunnyvale which could be a danger to bicycles. A crew was dispatched the same day and the problem is gone. Amazing work!
My initial contact with the Public Utilities Department of Sunnyvale was beyond expectations. After the voyage through the automated phone menus, I spoke with Lionel who was friendly and professional. He clearly explained the process of getting the City of Sunnyvale water meter repaired. My phone call ended at 1:30 PM. By 1:50 PM, (yes, 20 minutes), the Environmental Services technician arrived, assessed the problem and said he is putting in a order for repair to be completed in one week. Amazing service! Let's see how the next step goes! Thank you!!!
The City of Sunnyvale quickly fixed a sewage issue near our house. The workers were courteous, efficient, and thorough. Thank you!
