“Raymond was honest with his words and you can tell he has had years of experience under his belt. Though there was additional maintenance to be done on top of my Service B for my Mercedes, he suggested that I can come back in a couple of months to do it as it was not necessary at the moment in time. During my 2.5 hours of waiting, they were able to drop me off within a 5 mile radius and picked me back up when the service was completed with my car washed. Raymond also replaced my key battery as well which was completely unexpected from him! I'm definitely coming back for my car maintenance.”

He even cleaned up my foggy headlights!!!Excellent customer service and very empathetic to his customer's needs. All I had installed was a chrome plate on my front bumper that was damaged from a small fender bender at work. Ordered part took less than a week. “I've been using Alvin's Auto for at least 5 years. Tony and the crew there are always so awesome and they don't try to rip you off. A good friend of mine works for a major car dealership as a mechanic and he says you should never go there for services bc they always try to up sell and rip you off. One time I dropped off my car and the dealership mechanic said I needed a new battery the next time my oil change was due. Went to Alvin's and they said the battery was fine and didn't need to be replaced. Trust these guys 100%.”
