“Had a great experience today! The attendant was really friendly and personable. Ate a tasty quesadilla next door while I waited. But what REALLY put it over the top was that the attendant noticed that a squirrel had been chewing on the wires in my car's engine! He made sure to explain what could go wrong if the damage continues, and gave advice about what to do next. Last month, I took the car to a dealer for repairs and they didn't even notice! I'm blown away by the level of professionalism at this shop.”

“For what the rating says, I thought this place did really well. I personally had excellent customer service. And would recommend if your trying to get an oil change. Instructions were crystal clear and the workers were very polite. I would like to see more familiarity with the different package options for my car's oil change, but overall they were super speedy taking ~ 15 min( with no line). They also had some delicious coffee in the waiting room, a TV to watch, magazines, and a window to watch them work on your car. They also gave me an extra window wash and vacuumed my entire car, which was a nice surprise. They did try sell me more bundles(extra services), but that's all part of the business model. Altogether it was a great experience and would definitely go back again.”

It's bigger than others , you can find almost all combinations of interior and exterior. Working on weekends as well. I definitely recommend going here before purchasing a car. We had a No Start issue and Schedule an appointment with Linda. She booked me in ASAP. I got my XC 90 towed in. Linda told me she will get back to me right away, which she did. Couple hours later got a phone call what the problem was, and it turned out to be fuel related, which was the Fuel pump. Im very impress how quick they got back to me. Mike finished the work really fast. I got my vehicle back the very next day. The service & Price is very reasonable considering being in Sunnyvale.
