“I am very happy with the treatment received from Dr Sharon and Allen. Both the doctors try to fully understand the patient history prior to starting the treatment. Their treatment aims to treat not only the symptoms but also the root of it. My health is much better. I used to have sever back pain and neck pain. After their treatment, I have hope that these pains will go away completely from my life one day. I visited several doctors in past but no one was able to cure me. Doctor's treatment helps to fix every possible illness. They are very sweet and caring. I highly recommend them.”

“I was introduced to Root Cause by my husband who recommended Vikki and Richard's book. My 10 year old daughter has a gluten intolerance that she has been dealing with since she was 7. This issue seems to be more common than we orginally thought. Special thanks to Vikki and Richard for keeping the public informed about what might actually be a public health crisis.”

“I would like to share a real story. About a year ago, I hurt my elbow during a tennis play. The tennis elbow bothered me quite a bit. I had constant pain and couldn't even hold an empty cup with the arm extending out. After 3 times cortisone shots, the symptom was still there, no change. Then I visited Bay Area famous sports doctors and had CT scan. The diagnoses was elbow tendon rupture, the only treatment was surgery. Since the surgery is quite invasive and expected recovery would take 9 months. When I consulted Dr. Cao, she suggested me to try Chinese medicine treatment first, and made a treatment plan for me. After two rounds of treatments, the pain started diminishing, I could extend my arm without much pain. After another two rounds of treatments, I could lift light weighs. The effectiveness of treatment was amazing, far beyond my expectation. Now I can play tennis again after three months of treatments. I am grateful to Dr. Cao for her caring and her expertise to avoid a unnecessary surgery on my elbow. I highly recommend Dr. Cao to everyone who needs pain relief and treatments.”
