“Serge did the electrical work for a moderately complicated Eichler remodel. Overall quality was excellent. Advice: Serge provided excellent advice. He did the best job of the people who have given us estimates of explaining the work he recommended doing, and explaining why it was necessary. He also gave a very detailed bid, and has been very responsive to all of my questions. He has made me feel much more comfortable about the electrical parts of our project. New fixtures: Installed ceiling fans, a new doorbell, and a bunch of new lighting fixtures. All required new wiring, but are working very well. There was a slight hiccup with the new smart doorbell. Grounding, GFCI etc.: Serge improved much of the electrical infrastructure in the home, as well as adding new wiring for a bunch of additional outlets and ethernet. Other: A new electrical panel was set up, ready for solar, along with a new mast. Everything is very nicely labeled, making it much easier for us and other contractors to use the panel.”

The location is convenient with a Safeway right next door along with a good selection of restaurants nearby. The only gripe I had was with the WiFi connection - it was intermittent and devices used to disconnect every 10-15 mins.”

We still have a bit of work to do to make the City Inspectors happy, but we should be complete with that work in a matter of a few days. Our only unhappiness with our experience is that Bellows is so good at what they do, it takes a long time to get through the process. We got our initial scope of work estimate and bid proposal on June 28, 2021. We accepted their bid in early July. Unfortunately, due to the workload, the installation of the AC unit was not accomplished until September 28 and 29, 2021. It has been a long, hot summer . . . sigh. Anyway, I think Bellows is a great company with superior staff. I would recommend them to others. I would also recommend having AC units replaced in the dead of winter!”

“Alex at the customer service(return desk) moved me tremendously ! I drove to the store to return some stuff this late evening around 9pm. After I unloaded the items from my car, I locked the door, and then I remembered that the key and phone were locked inside. A nice gentleman helped me to call my husband, but he didn't answer the phone. My husband usually sleep very early and phone always away from him. So I pushed the cart with the return items to the customer service desk. Since my receipts were locked in the car as well, I told the staff at the desk my situation and asked if someone could help me. Alex - a tall young man handed me his cell phone and said:" I called Lyft for you, please enter your address here." I realized that he paid the fare for me and said immediately: “I will pay you back when I get my car key and come back". "It's not a big deal. Please don't worry!" He comforted me. Then I asked: "May I have your name? At least let me write a review about you." "It's really not a big deal." He insisted. I tried to find his name on his orange apron, and finally saw the name "ALEX". Thank you so much, Alex, you're such a wonderful person!! Since you wouldn't let me pay you back the Lyft fare. I told the driver how you helped me and gave him $20 in cash. I said to him: This $20 was from you, I just passed him on the warmth and help you had given to me. He smiled and thanked me. Dear Alex, this world is beautiful - because of people like you!”
