“I took my two cats to Los Altos Veterinary Clinic for a rabies immunization, a last-minute requirement for our new apartment in Oregon. I was surprised to find that a time was available and that I could go into the exam room with my cats- both very promising signs as vets are working under pandemic conditions. Clinic staff phoned me in advance to get more details about the reasons for the visit, and request previous records. We were brought into the exam room without any waiting. I was impressed with the new location, with the clinic staff and especially with Dr. Echerd’s exam of my cats. He detected a heart murmur no one had found before and explained what it could mean and how to follow it up in our new location. He emailed me 2 articles to help me understand how to monitor the condition. Dr. Echerd and his staff were caring and compassionate, and were determined to make our travels as safe as possible- I asked for suggestions about sedation and their detailed instructions worked very well. Other ideas for housing the cats during the 2-day trip were also extremely helpful for us on the road. This was a one-time visit for us, but I can’t imagine how it could have gone better, and I have a long history of caring for cats. I highly recommend this practice for anyone who values a veterinary clinic where the staff are consistent, provide excellent care and take the time the get to know your pet and their needs.”

“I am surprised to see low star reviews for this center when I have been with this provider for about 4 years now. We got ABA for my son here for a year and Speech and OT for 3 years. So far I am happy with the services they provided. There was a point that there were rough times in availability during management transitions and change of personnel, but now they are back to smooth scheduling and services. I have always liked the Speech and Occupational therapists assigned to my son for the past 3 years. He had good improvements from his sessions here. I also like their speech and OT rooms. I’ve been to other centers before and this center is one of the nicest.”
