“Mr. RM has been truly an inspiration to both my son and daughter. He is always able to pull their attention back to him in such a positive way (trust me, I am impressed with how well my daughter listens to him)!! My kids have worked with Mr. RM in 2 other Academies over the last few years and we are so honored to be joining him in his very own Academy, Fudoshin. My kids love learning karate with him and thrive to go as many days a week as they can! My grandmother had been walking around with 1 hearing aid for almost 5 years, after 1 stopped working. It wasn't apparent how much she needed new ones until after her 1st visit/ hearing test with Paul Beauch at Miracle-Ear. Her new hearing aids arrived at Miracle-Ear right before Easter. Paul, being the genuinely sweet person he is, squeezed her in for her fitting on Good Friday, so she could fully enjoy Easter with our family. Unfortunately, the sudden ability to hear everything, coupled with our family being accustomed to speaking louder around her, was too much for her and she wanted to take them back. We initially went back on Monday to return them... but once again, Paul went above and beyond... not for his own benefit, but for my grandma's and our family! He sat down with me for more than a half-hour (with her permission of course) reviewing her test results and explaining what they meant in terms of her ability to hear different sounds/pitches. After which, he took the time to devise a plan to adjust the new hearing aids based on everything we discussed. Prior to her next visit, he made all the discussed adjustments, had the hearing aids charged and ready to go for her appointment. Much to my family's delight, she walked back out of his office with hearing aids and huge smile.... and we owe it all to Trenton Miracle-Ear!!! The dedicated, patient, compassionate care Paul provides is something that is often missing in our world...especially when it comes to the senior community...and my family feels so blessed to have found him!!! His desire to improve the quality of life for his patients is not only stated in words, but obvious in every interaction with him!”

“Dr. Kim spent time to inspect my father's tooth situation (not good) and explained thoroughly to my father (80+). Then he provide plenty options for treatment plan. My father ended up with having one empty slug implanted on the first visit. Dr. Kim did a quick and smooth jobs. Dr. Kim communicate with me in English with no problems. Then for Chinese patients, there is a nice lady there who is Chinese Karen. She can give you smooth interpretation between Chinese and Dr. Kim. She is also knowledgeable and can provide you with good suggestions based on options provided by Dr. Kim. The cost? Best by far in Bay Area. How does less than 1/2 of the norm sound? We were not even referred by any one. We just saw the ad from Chinese newspapers. But we are glad that we found Dr. Kim. He is not only nice and warm to people, he seems to be very skillful too because he's done ton's of implant works. I recommend Dr. Kim to my relatives and friends without reserve.”
