They have an easy to follow, medically guided method with low carbohydrate, and high protein and fat, and I've been very successful so far. I'm halfway to my goal, and I've lost 60 lbs already in the last seven months. I feel much more healthy, my blood pressure and cholesterol are back into healthy ranges, and I'm determined to make it to my goal. I really like that the method is medically based, monitored by a nurse practitioner, and they don't push things that are unproven on you. I'm looking forward to the "sustain" part of their plan to keep it off. I would say that the cost is a little high, but my insurance pays half of it, and I feel like it's worth the cost to be so much more healthy.”

“How is there only one Google review of this local gem?! Since 2009, I’ve tried similar programs in various locations throughout the state (Madera, Fresno, Clovis, Downtown SJ). Let me tell you— the B-12 injections at this San Jose location are the best. B-12 is essential for healthy cell function, and many people in the US overlook it (search for Pernicious Anemia). I highly recommend checking this place out! This clinic is also the MOST beautiful one I’ve been to— and I really have been to quite a few over the years for vitamin injections. The clinic is really quite cozy and well-kept, and the staff is friendly! COVID precautions have been set up as well. For the appetite suppressants, they are the usual ones that can be prescribed. They actually have A LOT of options and medication combinations to make the most of individualized programs. The prices are reasonable for the Bay Area— definitely on the pricier side for the state— but decent for the Bay Area. For my progress, I lost 10 pounds in September 2020, so I’m on track with the overall program. I would like to note that the recommended timeline for programs such as these are incredibly variable, usually 3-6 months depending on personal goals. They DO require dedication and maintenance! A low carbohydrate diet is recommended with Dr. Syverain’s program (which is, again, standard for programs like these). Honestly, the B-12 alone is worth looking into itself. So great!”

“I reviewed their other location on Moorpark, as that's where my dad was staying, but I saw this location could use some reviews, so I decided to help out and leave one here. Basically my dad was not utilizing the plethora of amenities at his former big assisted living place, and they were worried about him falling so they were charging me an extra fee to always have a caregiver close by, so I started looking at smaller settings for assisted living, then I found the 6-bed residential care model, and checked out a few homes, but none of them had the right vibe until I walked into Kimberly's Elder Kare/All About Seniors. They really do it right, and all the residents just seemed so content with their situation, so I placed him there and I immediately noticed a change in his demeanor. He was much more jovial and his quality of life improved tons! Anyway, I'm just glad I put a little effort into doing some research when I started having more issues with the big assisted living place (I won't name them since they are good for younger elderly people, if that makes any sense).”
