“One of the most wonderful experiences. At first, the vibration machines made me laugh a bit, because it was so different from anything I had experienced. The vibrations, with varying positions through out the 30-minute session greatly improve my mood, posture, fitness level and overall perspective. In addition to the vibration machine, I enjoy (when time permits) the amethyst heating therapy in the lounge chair. A lovely way to heal the body from outside to within while indulging in some relaxation. The Himalayan salt block lined window provides comfort and healing warmth. The best part of the experience is Iona, the owner. She is one of the most caring, genuine and kind individuals I have met. It was due to her personality and kindness that I initially tried the vibration machine, but ultimately I continue to be drawn to the overall experience. Highly recommend you try it”

“I used to go to L. Nelson, but understand he has semi retired or moved. I went to LG ENT and Dr Karin in 2017 to correct a long term issue with my sinuses. After an unsuccessful attempt to clear it up with drugs first, he suggested surgery. I was cautious as this is major surgery so I got a 2nd opinion which differed somewhat but ultimately was my choice to go forward. Dr Karin was careful in explaining what was wrong, what surgery could accomplish and showed 3d xrays of my face which I would recommend highly. The surgery was long and the recovery ugly but the results have been positive. I'd say he was a very careful and detailed doctor. My experience with the office was fine, though getting through on the phone was often difficult. Getting appointments wasn't too bad.”
