Having worked at an urgent care myself in the past, I can tell you that they are well organized and the staff are very professional. Like with most urgent cares, expect a little bit of wait because there are usually only a handful of staff working at any given time. The girls at Action did a great job of checking up on me and also apologizing for the wait, which was greatly appreciated. The doctor was also very nice and helpful.
