“I drive quite a ways to take my child to go to this YMCA. Specifically because the lessons are in small classes. In addition the management is exceptionally responsive. With every lesson my daughter has progressed at a steady pace. And when she isn’t ready they help build her confidence so that when she is ready she is a confident swimmer. She is developing a love for swimming. Which is really second to what these lessons are supposed to do. The original intent of course is to save oneself in the water. At the Northwest YMCA, yes learning to swim is a priority but learning to love swimming is the ultimate prize.”

The strong, confident, person that is the real me is here and thriving, and I am writing this 3 years after my first treatment at PAMB.
