“Classes are interesting and challenging but think it’d be better if they have one more trainer for bigger classes so they can correct your postures. You can’t keep pushing the limits without the appropriate postures as the foundation. Edit based on management response: I took classes at the studio through Gympass during Jan’22. The only times when I had two coaches was when coach Lexi was just joining and her first few sessions would be co-led by her and another coach. After those initial sessions she started to lead sessions on her own. Appreciate the response and def understand the challenge at times esp when it comes to costs/staffing so I will add one more star.”

“All the nurses and doctors here are nice and calming professionals. Woo hoo! Had my second cataract surgery on my right eye by Dr. Beers. (He didn't look drunk with beers, ha ha) The only pain was one second Sting from a couple of eye drops and 4 seconds of pressure on my eyeballs during surgery. Other than that I didn't feel any pain nor discomfort. They applied numbing eye drops, antiseptic and pressure reducing eye drops. I refused their offer of Valium to calm my nerves. I was already calm by praying - which helped lower my heartbeat to 55 per minute and my blood pressure was 113/79. I asked for minimum sedation as I was already sleepy due to fact that I only slept 6 hours the night before and had to wake up at 6:00 am to go to the operating room at 6.45am. Ps. It helps that I am one of their rare patients that is on no medication as I have no illness nor modern diseases- thanks to my over 35 years of vegetarian/vegan diet and following Seventh-day Adventist health lifestyle.”
