The time was 12:30 on a Thursday, and with no appointment we were helped promptly. Our problem, was both kid had some crooked and or loose glasses that needed adjustments. There were 4 other people there before us but they attended to my kids first. The handsome man helped my daughter with her glasses and Stephanie helped my son with his.
