“I called R.P.S. Ribbs Premier because I needed a second opinion on a plumbing estimate for broken pipes which caused water damage in my home. From Sarah in the office to Thomas and Jonathan who came to my home, they were friendly, professional, helpful and informative. They examined the area in question in detail and provided a clear estimate with two different options. They left me with a brochure (and Jonathan took the time to quickly review it with me) and a business card as well. I would recommend R.P.S. Ribbs Premier without hesitation. After this initial visit, we hired RPS to complete our plumbing repair after other companies failed to come or would not come out to make an estimate or look at the job. Thomas and Jonathan came back to do the work and they were courteous, personable, careful and thorough in their work and committed to excellence. It was clear they actually CARED about the quality of their work and wanted to do an impeccable job (which they did!). The price was HALF of what another company quoted and they completed the repair quickly and efficiently. It was also a pleasure speaking with them and interacting with them. “A pipe in our house burst on Christmas Eve day. Falcone had someone out to my house very quickly. They got the leak fixed and were very knowledgable about how to solve the problem! They are very reputable, a couple summers ago our AC went out. We had a different company come out. They said we needed a new AC unit at a cost of ~$15K. We called Falcone for a competing quote. Falcone determined that we didn't need a new unit at all. They fixed the existing unit. We had working AC again and it was an easy fix!”

“I have been looking for a trike (a three wheel bike) for my adult daughter for a while. She has always wanted to ride a bike, but does not have a good sense of balance.Trikes are not something that is stocked at most shops. We went in to Camping World today and was helped by Gage. He was extremely helpful in getting us the bike, assembling it, and more importantly making us feel like we were the only customers in that store. However, it was far from the truth as there were other customers, but he never lost focus on us. He tried to do whatever was necessary to make us satisfied customers. While this was an hour away from where we live, I will definitely come back for other items that camping world carries. Wishing that this is how salespeople worked. Thanks Gage!!!!.”

“Corey came out and did a small job for us on our new home's back patio removing a leaking PVC valve and pipe, and replacing a crusty old hose bib. I was out of town at the time and he was nice enough to explain our options to me via Facetime and then quickly and excellently completed the job. When I called him weeks later to ask where our main water shutoff valve was on our new house, he actually remembered our little job after doing undoubtedly dozens of other jobs since then, and was able to explain where I could find it. Very positive and enthusiastic young man...we'll certainly be calling again if the need arises.”
