“Ordered a double with onion & cheese only, and a small Frosty for my wife at the drive-thru. When I got to the window as the Asst. Manager (who was very pleasant in general), was handing me my Frosty, she noticed that the person who took my order charged me for a medium. As she was correcting the error, I told her it was okay I'd just take the medium. She ended up give me both the small & the medium Frosty because as she said, she hates to see things go to waste. But the best part was when I got home and opened my burger. You know how the food on TV commercials ALWAYS look way better than they do at the point of purchase?! This was NOT the case this time. Not only was my order correct, that burger was so thick and looked so good that it could've had its own commercial. It was so good that I had to stuffed myself to finish it, and I enjoyed every bite. Thank you for one of the best Wendy's experiences ever.”

My centenarian mom loves the Hainanese Chicken and the authentic tasting ginger scallion sauce. I am super impressed by the excellent customer service rendered to us when there was a small glitch with our order. I contacted the store and within 10 minutes I received a response. The young man was courteous, professional, and most of all, sincere and transparent. Being an experienced customer service caller and callee, I was very heartened by his candor and genuine care.
