They are open even when it is raining, so be sure to swing by or call in your order! The owner is amazingly friendly and is willing to make changes to your order and will also suggest items or additions. So far, the club sandwich is a top favorite and one of if not THE best club I've ever had. His burgers are handmade also and if you get the double, get ready to get gorged! Ourr friends come from out of town and always want to go here for breakfast or lunch. This place is at the golf course off of 152, but anyone can go there and eat there or take it to go. Even our friend that doesn't like pancakes, tried their husbands and is loving them as well. I highly recommend coming here and having amazing food, superior customer service and helping our local businesses!!!”

“Ordering online with super easy. Location was easy to get in and out of. The person helping us even helped carry our items to our car. The food itself was delicious, we had the chicken club pizza and a couple of different pastas and salads. The pizza was amazing, I heard other reviews mentioning that the crust was thick and it was slightly on the thicker side but was delicious. The pasta portions were so big we had to save most of it for breakfast the next day. The salads had everything you could ask for.”

“Just a note. Clearance is 8ft 6in. A uhaul van in front of me placed her order and then pulled forward and stopped before hitting the overhang. It was 10ft high. The crew on duty and the manager guided her back out which too about 30 minutes as the driver was very nervous. Good job by crew. Thank goodness she didn't have a trailer on it. Know how big your vehicle is and read the clearance signs. By the way the sour dough burgers are pretty good.”

“I've eaten here 5 times in the last month and the food is very good. Authentic Mexican tacos and burritos. The beef and pork is lean. The burritos are huge. I've tasted the carne asada, carnitas and al pastor. All very good. They also have traditional Mexican choices, cabeza, tripas, sesos. The food is fresh and delicious. The place is clean. It's inside a liquor store that also sells general household items. It's in a safe area right off of San Tomas Expy across from Starbird Park in San Jose. I highly recommend this place! The new owners took over about 7 months ago. The previous owner was an Indian gentleman that also owns the liquor store. The new owner has 2 other Taquerias in East San Jose. One is located on Delmas Ave, the other King Road. He has been in business for 40+ years. Authentic Mexican food! Give it a try!”

Went here with a friend and the flavors reminded me of home; the warm porridge with sweet potato is a perfect meal for a chilly day, and I highly recommend ALL the sides, and especially the chicken (pictured in the middle left), which was so savory and flavorful. For those of you who haven't been, you come in and order the side dishes in the line, and then they bring it to you along with your porridge and some hot tea. For two people, we ordered the food pictured and it was enough for both of us to bring home leftovers. I plan on coming back many, many more times.”
