In regards to that, he has patiently worked with us through many challenges my daughter has faced with health issues and such, tailoring what we needed to keep her going. They like that they get to work on their content learning at their own pace. They also like working the projects, especially collaborating with peers. Due to its small size, my kids get personal attention from both their assigned mentor and other teachers. Be aware that school is still getting established as a grades 6-12 middle/high school so there are often changes each year. In 2015-16 Denali currently offers grades 6-8.”

Finally we met Ms Jeena, she was super punctual and to the point when it comes to taking care of the kids and most importantly she was calm and patient with kids. She was supportive while my daughter is transitioning to day care from home. Best part it is home based and it is super tidy and clean. She used to take care of my daughter just like I do. We used to get daily report about my daughter like when she slept, what did she do etc. It was actually like my daughter was "home away from home". Thanks Ms Jeena for taking care of my daughter in her first crucial year of day care transition.”

“Update: Zach, from this company called and personally apologized to me and refunded my full amount! He was so ki d and understanding! He did not try to blame me or anything he took complete ownership which is so awesome!! It was really nice they offered free first month but when I canceled I was given no directions on how to progress. When I signed up I was told to keep it locked until canceling even if it's empty "because often people do and put funny things in open units, which will then become my responsibility" (which is what I did) I continued not to get any direction of what to do to get my units canceled. So I went in and was told I owe a whole other month's rent because the locks were still on the doors. I was then told I never tried to cancel which is not true. Then when he finally found the phone call record. I was told we discussed it when we spoke on the phone. Um well you didn't even remember we had a call let alone what we discussed. Basically he told me I either pay or he'll send me to collections instead of trying to explain or taking any responsibility at all. Then told me he was sorry for the confusion. Um yea I'm sure considering you gained $170 from it.”
