A woman who offered to help me, quickly referred me to a man who is far more knowledgeable. He spent a lot of time listening, asking questions, explaining many aspects of the project I am about to embark on. He then shared a lot of additional knowledge knowing I was very lost in the art of beauty. The sales throughout the store were non-pressure. I was sold only what I need. I also recommend you bring pictures of what you wish to achieve where possible, and know specifically what you like, don't... David was very patient and gave us professional opinions. Eventually we bought the floor from him we like most with a cheaper price than other stores offered. David also gave us some advice on the installation of the floors which was very useful. Overall, both my husband and I feel David is a very kind, professional and trustworthy person. “DIY'er - called in for an obscure Maytag part to repair the freezer in our ~20 yr old freezer- We found the number; he said he had it. I said I would be right over. When I arrived the part was awaiting for me on the counter. Better price than the parts-direct type sites. No shipping, no waiting. My time was worth it. I am not sure how they find anything in there, but I am not complaining! update: I ended up buying two parts - downgraded one star due to strict no return policy - It is stated, so I knew, but there should be some flexibility - store credit, or restocking fee etc. for unopened, unused parts that can go right back onto the shelf.”
